Adam Alpert’s practice focuses on representation of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and trustees in Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. Mr. Alpert also has significant experience in insurance-related bankruptcies having served as counsel to the liquidating trustee for one of Florida’s largest workers’ compensation self-insurance trusts.

Mr. Alpert's corporate practice includes the preparation and review of stock/asset purchase agreements, registration rights agreements, stockholders' agreements, preferred stock designations, options, warrants, proxy statements, and registration statements. Mr. Alpert also specializes in representing issuers, investors and placement agents in corporate financing matters involving private-investment-in-public-equity (PIPE) transactions.
