David is a Shareholder in the firm's Litigation Group and serves as practice leader for the Commercial Litigation Group. His areas of practice include litigation in all federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He concentrates his practice in complex business litigation, including extensive work in business torts. He is a member of the Litigation and Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association.
David has lectured extensively in his areas of practice at the national, regional and local levels.
David is active in many local civic, charitable and social organizations. He is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's Episcopal Day School, past President of the New Suburb Beautiful Civic Association and has served on a number of other boards. David is an active member of Palma Ceia United Methodist Church where he currently serves as the Church's attorney. David spends his leisure hours with his wife and four children, playing tennis and hiking.
