Pete is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Real Estate Law and in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. He has practiced in these areas since 1981. He represents moderate to high net worth individuals and families in all aspects of estate and tax planning, probate, and trust administration, from simple wills to complex tax strategies. Pete has extensive experience in representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed probate and trust matters, including will contests. His practice also includes the representation of land-owners and developers in the leasing, financing, sale, and development of real estate. Significant projects include the sale and development of shopping centers, subdivisions, condominiums, and office and industrial parks.
