REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Mechanik Nuccio provides a full range of legal services relating to real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida, including purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions. Our real estate transactional attorneys work closely with other attorneys within the firm with special expertise in handling governmental and land issues, environmental matters and the formation of business entities and our real estate transactional attorneys are authorized to issue title insurance through most major title underwriters. Thus, Mechanik Nuccio is able to provide a fully integrated approach to our clients so they will have access to assistance from the time they identify the property and their proposed business partners, through negotiation of the proposed business arrangement and contract negotiations with respect to the acquisition and development of the property, due diligence investigations, addressing environmental issues and zoning, permitting and land use requirements, financing arrangements, the issuance of title insurance, the closing of the purchase and sale transaction, and, if necessary, the development and lease of the property. Furthermore, in the event any problems should arise, our litigators have extensive experience in handling disputes related to title problems, landlord/tenant matters, construction and mortgage lien foreclosures and contractual matters.
Our firm brings a unique perspective to the practice of law, with attorneys who have substantial experience representing both private and governmental clients. Our attorneys have been involved in numerous Florida real estate projects, including Harbour Island, Tampa Palms, the International Mall, St. Lucie West and the Highwoods Preserve developments.
