Christopher J Smith
Representing Injured Workers Since 1989
* Workers' Compensation
* Social Security Disability

Most Florida employers are required to carry workers' compensation insurance. Workers' compensation benefits are designed to help cover the costs of lost wages and medical expenses for work-related injuries.

If you have been injured on the job, you need an experienced lawyer to tell you what you need to know to successfully secure the benefits you deserve. An experienced workers' compensation attorney can help you ensure you get what you need to get back on your feet and back to work.

Christopher Smith has extensive experience helping people with workers' compensation cases. You will be provided with an honest assessment of your situation, telling you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. The benefits of injured workers have eroded more now than ever, and you need an honest assessment of your case.

Christopher Smith handles common on-the-job injuries:

* Heavy lifting injuries, slip and fall accidents, broken bones, back injuries, burns, neck injuries, knee injuries, eye injuries, torn ligaments, carpal tunnel, repetitive stress injuries, occupational diseases, etc.

The conditions listed above are a very few of the wide-range of injuries that can happen while you are in the course and scope of your employment. If you have questions regarding your claim, or think you may have a claim, please do not hesitate to contact our office for a consultation.
