Christopher Schulte litigates a wide range of negligence matters, including professional malpractice, personal injury, and products liability, as well as commercial litigation matters. He also represents physicians and other professionals in licensing and staff privileging matters. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, where he was a member of Florida Blue Key. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Schulte is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
