Mr. Jennis, who received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 1988 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focuses his practice in the areas of complex corporate bankruptcy, work-outs, restructuring and reorganizations, and commercial litigation. His clients include debtors, trustees and creditor committees, as well as clients requiring successful outcomes in commercial litigation.
