Marshall C Deason Jr
Real Estate Transactions
Our real estate lawyers are problem solvers. We guide our clients through the legal problems associated with residential real estate transactions, commercial sales and purchases, commercial and residential leasing, mortgages, construction, easements, liens, surveys, boundary disputes, land trusts, joint ventures, and other real estate matters. Our clients include buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, investors, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, title insurance agencies, landlords, and tenants.
Our real estate attorneys have vast experience in title examination and in the preparation of the documentation necessary to close any real estate transaction, whether it be a complex multi-million dollar commercial project or the sale or purchase of a client's home. The Firm has access in the office to a computer database which enables our lawyers to examine real estate titles in many counties throughout Florida. This expedites the title examination process and facilitates the prompt closing of real estate transactions.
