Mike focuses his practice in business litigation. He has represented clients in cases in more than 30 states and is one of the firm's most senior trial lawyers, with extensive experience in complex business disputes, including breach of contract, intellectual property, insurance coverage, professional liability, trade regulation, trade secret, product liability, construction, business torts, and class actions. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute, where he has served as a consulting member of the Restatement of Torts, the Restatement of Restitution, the Restatement of Law Governing Lawyers, and the Complex Litigation Project. Mike has served as a bar examiner, taught trial practice to law students, and written and lectured on trial topics.
