Mr. Lewis is President and sole shareholder of Neil F. Lewis P.A., as well as the driving force behind the firm’s quest for superior Immigration Legal Service, delivered with courtesy and professionalism. The firm was founded in 1997, and currently handles more than 300 new cases per year.
Mr. Lewis was a Board member and officer of the local America Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILAâ€) chapter for many years. He was a speaker and moderator at the local AILA conference on numerous occasions, and his experience in complicate deportation issues has led him to be invited to speak to the Hillsborough County Public Defenders and to a local defense bar association. He is a frequent speaker on Spanish language radio, and enjoys practicing his Spanish.
A graduate of the prestigious School of Law at the College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg Virginia, Mr. Lewis was President of the Student Bar Association, and earned the prestigious Dean’s Certificate for service to the school during his time there. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lewis was a United State Marine from 1983-1987, and graduated with a 3.8 GPA from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism. Mr. Lewis did so well on the Law School Admission Test that he was offered, and accepted, membership in Mensa, the high IQ society.
