* Real Estate and Commercial Transactions:
Our firm represents landowners, developers, contractors and builders in
all aspects of real property law. The firm is a title agent for several major
underwriters. Our real estate attorneys have extensive experience handling
ad valorem tax appeals, real property management, and the formation of
corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies for various purposes.
We also engage in general commercial transactions, corporate compliance
and consultation, and advice in connection with commercial contracts.

* Land Use, Zoning, Water and Environmental Law:
Our attorneys are experienced in handling all matters that involve the use and
development of property throughout Florida. The firm has one of the state’s
leading practices in large-scale projects, commonly known as Developments
of Regional Impact (DRIs). These projects are typically long-term, mixed use
developments that involve multiple, complex environmental, land use and
political issues which require careful coordination of planning, permitting and
development activities.

* Property Rights, Land Use and Environmental Litigation:
Protecting and perfecting rights in the use of land are our clients’ goals, and we
work tirelessly to defend those rights. Our practice encompasses administrative,
civil trial and appellate practice before local, state and federal agencies and
courts. It embraces zoning, land use and development, comprehensive planning,
wetland, surface water and other types of environmental permitting, submerged
land rights, eminent domain, inverse condemnation and regulatory takings from
over-regulation and government exactions.
