The Real Property and Lending Practice Group has provided legal services in projects involving the sale, purchase, financing and development of office buildings, shopping centers, office and industrial parks, undeveloped land, single and multifamily residences, condominiums, and planned unit developments.
We represent a variety of domestic and international clients in real estate development and lending transactions at every phase, from concept to closing.
In addition, we structure, prepare, and negotiate loan and credit agreements, debt instruments and loan workout agreements. We provide services related to financial institution regulations, acquisitions, recapitalizations, internal financial transactions, and investment lending. We also handle zoning, land use, property tax and environmental issues.
