Larry is a Shareholder in the firm's Real Estate Group. His practice primarily involves mortgage lending, both construction and permanent, purchase and sale transactions, option transactions, commercial leases, title insurance, restrictive covenants, and homeowner associations.
Larry has participated in the negotiation and sale of several large design-build projects in the local market. He also has represented many lenders and borrowers in connection with problem loan workouts.
Larry is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer. He is active in many civic and charitable organizations, including his service as Vice Chairman of The Salvation Army, Tampa Area Command.
